Has anyone in the community worked with Quartile for ad management?

We’re a small business with LOTS of China seller competition, so we can’t play the race to the bottom game on pricing. And we don’t have profits to put at risk, but sales are flat and we’re looking for growth if it’s out there. Wondering if an automated advertising tool can help. Right now we manually control ads for sales growth, but with emphasis on cost efficiency.
