Proof of address not saving

Hi all i am currently trying to fill my business information in and for some reason my proof of address document isnt saving. I click save and 5 seconds later a error pops up saying I need to upload a document, I have tried all the proof of address options and even uploaded random other files but im having the same issue it won’t save. The documents needed for other stuff have saved but not this
