Amazon Seller Registration

Hello, I want to get registered on AMAZON SELLER (India) Buy I don’t have a brand registration. But don’t want to get in Generic.

Is there any way, I can get registered ? Or if have to go for brand registration, what are charges?

Any agency doing this, please provide details.
