Looking for recommendations for small warehouses in the Joliet, IL area

Seems that there are quite a few warehouses there, especially around the Amazon MDW2 warehouse.

The problem seems that the small ‘mom-and-pop’ facilities dont have any online presence.

The reason we are looking for a small basic facility is that we dont need all the advanced warehousing tech some of the bigger facilities have, which ultimately adds to the overall storage costs.

To be more specific, we are looking for a temp controlled facility that can ship pallets to Amazon’s local warehouse. Any suggestions much appreciated!
