How can I report a Seller abusing the brand registry?

Seller keeps reporting me for counterfeit product. Every time i appeal and the appeal is accepted. Listing goes active, this guy reports me again. And again and again and again. 5 times in the past week.

Every time the appeal is accepted… Same Asin, same listing. How can i report this guy to Amazon? Shouldn’t their reporting powers be limited? It’s nonstop
