Retired Lego Set Listing violation for condition not as described.

I have a retired lego set that I was selling in Collectable – Like New Condition. I have been selling this set for years in this condition with 0 customer complaints. Amazon has now removed the collectable condition from the item and I have an account at risk warning for having it listed in that condition.

Amazons form says they want: ” — For items listed under Collectibles condition, please provide a Certificate of Authenticity, a Letter of Authorization, or any other document proving item and condition authenticity. “

Because this set was retired about 8 years ago I dont have current invoices from lego. What do you think the best solution is for me to #1 protect my account, #2 Any chance on me getting them to restore it as collectable condition so I can continue to sell?(I already sent documentation showing it was retired but they instantly sent it back asking for the info above)
