Advice on purchasing from the distributer

Hi, I am looking to start an amazon business. I found the direct retailer for this item https://www.amazon.com/APPS2Car-Windshield-Industrial-Strength-Adjustable-Telescopic/dp/B07L3Q7Y4F?ref_=ast_sto_dp who is willing to sell this item for $3.5 each. On the actual apps2car website, its support emails are wiiki tech (as you can see here https://www.apps2car.com/pages/contact-us-support), and also on the packaging of the product it says Wiiki-Tech (APPS2Car). I don’t want to say the Alibaba seller I’m planning of buying it from, but it is the Wiiki-Tech company and they own the patents on the product. Here comes the issue. I am not sure they will be able to give me the name branded with the APPS2Car brand name packaging. The product is exactly the same from the images of a product taken off of their production line they sent me, even the quality and small details, but the packaging might have to be the universal packaging. So my question is, if I need to take the universal unbranded packaging, would it be ok? Like will it still be able to sell on amazon and be legally ok to sell? Also, can I just sell random stuff on amazon or does it need to be a specific topic. Thanks to whoever read all of this.
