New Amazon seller here

I have got everything setup to sell on Amazon. BUT first login this past Friday I was alerted my account has been deactivated due to not uploading my “utilities” due to past financial troubles I had to move back in with my mom therefore no utilities are in my name. Is there a way I can get through to them? Like an appeal and such? Or is it required to have to become a seller on Amazon?
