My product needs third party testing for dietary supplement compliance. We sell pure creatine monohydrate, made and packaged in the USA, and have no concerns about purity. I’m really worried the third party tester will say the label isn’t ok for one reason or another (for example, the font here or there is too small). We’ve been successfully selling for almost 3 years and a lot of inventory is at stake.

Had anyone here gone through this testing process for their dietary supplement? Does it take a long time to get approval? If it doesn’t get approved, then what? The tester we’re using is Cotecna.

At a loss here on what to do. I have 2 items that keep coming up on the “stranded inventory” list. Both items were sent to FBA fulfillment and both are brands I WAS ungated to sell in that became hard gated. I have created 19 different removal orders for the 1 product (Adidas) and it keeps being canceled. Product 2 is a pair of fiskar scissors and when I attempt to create removal order it says “0 out of 1 item available for removal” so I cant even attempt to get it back. Chatting and emailing Amazon has got me nowhere. Its very clearly continuously being routed to a team in India that is not understanding what I am saying and today they told me to re-apply to the brand for approval to sell and then I can re submit my removal order. I would rather light all my money on fire. Any suggestions on getting through to someone at amazon who can actually help?

I sell very little on Amazon as its hard to compete. I focus on ebay as its easier to create listings and compete. However, I do have some stuff on Amazon that sits for months doing nothing.

Last week I got a warning from Amazon that my account was going inactive due to inactivity. I didn’t care and thought id consider reactivating when I have more time, as i am trying Walmart fulfillment right now.

Last night I got a message I sold something, after my account became inactive. Its happened multiple times, that i sell something just after my account becomes inactive. Then I have to scramble to make it active, which I can’t do on my phone, and its usually a guessing game as to the hoops they want me to jump through to get the order out timely.

Its inactive, if you are listing my stuff with an inactive account at least let me access the data so I can send it timely.

Is this a common issue?

I’ve been editing multiple listings to toggle on other EU countries to sell in but it doesn’t seem to work and going back to check and they’ve reset to being untoggled.
