Amazon Germany… sick of bureaucracy and so much compliance
Hello fellow sellers!
For those of you selling in Europe — Germany in particular — how do you manage the sheer amount of compliance required? I feel like I’m spending 70% of my time just trying to keep up with all the different laws and regulations, and there’s always something new popping up.
It feels like I’m drowning: just when I think I’ve got everything under control, another wave hits and knocks me down again. Honestly, I’m getting really tired of it.
Is it even humanly possible to navigate all this red tape and bureaucracy while selling in Europe? I really hope it’s not the same in the UK or the US!

Selling a generic product for the first trial run
The main goal is private label but Im going all out on that for more of a long term approach.
I want to invest 1-2k for a generic trial run and I was wondering the best way to find products in that scope? Is low comp ( no brand / amazon dominance), and high demand all I need to find a good list of generic?
Should I look for under 500⭐️for the top sellers?

Does this sound crazy? Being charged 5 years of unpaid fees for old inventory items that have apparently been in the warehouse?
My husband was an Amazon seller 5 years ago and he used the Amazon warehouse. Some products were really slow moving, so we decided to cut our losses and dispose of them.
He received a phone call today from Amazon saying that he has not paid the warehouse fees in 5 years, and we owe thousands of dollars.
I’m pretty suspicious this is a scam. We’ve never received any calls or contact about this. We did move right around the time that we stopped being Amazon sellers, but we both have regular Amazon accounts. Surely they could have found us if the fees were legit.
I don’t know all the ins and outs of storage.

Amazon infringement question
I probably know the answer to this already . But going to throw it out there anyway .lol Im selling a trademarked white label olive oil i created on fba . I also do some local foodfares . Is it legal to buy a product on amazon ( like mine ) and resell it on ebay or any other site . Im looking around on my phone this morning and find it on ebay and another site . (NOT on Amazon) someone must have purchased and trying to make a few bucks . I probably have no legal recourse . Maybe I cpuld put on listing something to the effect as ” not to be resold ” Any opinions would be helpful Tia
