Received a negative seller rating stating the product “might be fake”.
Hello,
New wholesale seller here. Recently I received a negative seller rating stating what I sell “might be fake”, which initiated an authenticity complaint.
I’m in the process of providing Amazon everything they need to prove the authenticity of my product to have the violation removed However, I’m not sure how I can go about to remove the negative seller rating.
The product is not fake. I’ve messaged seller and refunded the order.
Should I leave a public reply? Should I try file a case again with amazon after they have removed my product authenticity violation case?
Also, I see lots of sellers with lots of positive seller rating , but I want able to gain any positive rating for months. Is there any strategy anyone can share for getting seller rating?
Appreciated.

How do I reach the level my friend / supplier did when he was on Amazon?
I sell low ticket DIY fashion items on Amazon. I do between 6-8k / month in sales on Amazon.
But back in 2018 before my friend who is my supplier stopped using Amazon he was selling the same items and clearing 40k plus a month.
In utilize CPC he didn’t. I’m set up very competitively when it comes to pricing.
I’ve been selling on there for 3 years now this month.
Any tips of advice to scale much appreciated, CPC is difficult to increase for items of such low cost.
Thank you

If you had to start over without Amazon in 2025… how would you do it?
Alright, I need some honest advice from people who’ve been through it.
Amazon shut my account down a while ago — some Section 3 violation stuff. I tried appeals, sent invoices, the usual. Still no response. Now I’m just waiting for the 90-day holding period to end so I can (hopefully) get my money. But I’m burnt out, man. Mentally drained. I gave it my all, but Amazon feels like a trap now. One mistake and everything you built is just gone.
So here’s my question to the people who’ve either quit Amazon or are thinking about skipping it altogether:
If you had to start over TODAY in 2025 — no Amazon, no safety net — what would you do to still build a successful online business?

is there anyone have Issue with Size of the list like me?
I’ve checked other pet food listings, and some of them are showing a simple size like “12 Ounce” without the “Pack of 1” part. I’m using the same product type and category as those listings, but I still can’t get it to display the way I want.
I’ve already followed all the steps Amazon support told me:
- Re-uploaded the inventory file/template
- Waited 24–48 hours
- Even tried deleting the listing and re-creating it after 24 hours
Nothing has worked so far. Support keeps repeating the same steps, and it seems like they don’t really know the root cause.
Has anyone experienced this same issue? How did you fix it?
Thanks in advance!

AGL vs Partnered Carrier (Send) Shipment Plans
Hello Everyone,
We are moving away from our previous utilized Freight Forwarder and are now looking at options with Amazon directly.
As I understand it, AGL is full service where I need to create an IOR profile and can select shipments this way. From there, Amazon handles everything and sends me the bill after I confirm the shipment plan.
How does this different from Send (Partnered Carrier). This looks to be similar in that I create the shipment plan to AWD and it gives me several options to choose from (LinkTrans, Forest etc). How is Customs handled? Do I need to create an IOR Profile on this option as well? or Do I handle Customs with my own Broker? I am struggling getting the IOR Profile (keeps throwing an error when trying to submit the application and am getting no help from seller support) to work and am in a rush to get a shipment chosen (to get this in before the 90 days are over)
TLDR: In Send (Amazon Partnered Carrier) shipment plans, do I handle customs on my own with a Broker of my choosing? Or do I need to still go through Amazon like a full AGL plan? Thanks.

Got Copyright Infringement Notice – No Details Provided?
I recently got hit with a copyright infringement notice from Amazon, but they didn’t mention what exactly I’m infringing on. The product is in a crowded category where many designs tend to look somewhat similar across sellers. I’ve checked my listing and can’t find anything that clearly violates any rights, no logos, no brand names, and everything is either original or pretty generic.
The complainant seems to be a competitor, and I suspect this might be a tactic to knock listings off. Amazon hasn’t provided any details beyond a generic notification.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before? Is there a way to get more info from Amazon or challenge it if no specific copyright is being referenced?
Appreciate any insights or advice.
