Threatened by another seller

So I got this message from another seller:

“Stop selling counterfeit ASIN: ******* (He goes on to describe product))!!! If you still don’t remove our ASIN, we will provide Amazon with evidence that your product is not as described or is selling counterfeit products on Amazon. Submit a complaint about your store’s authenticity through the complaint A-Z.”

So the item was not counterfeit. It was the real product new and sealed I got through a liquidation auction. But my store is new and I don’t want to risk getting deactivated so I took it down. Is there any real threat from this guy?

Does this violet Multi accounts policy?

So here’s the issue. I have a seller account under my own name (individual). I recently partnered with someone to start a brand. Me and my business partner created a 50/50 llc (S corp).

So is it better to create a seller account using my business partner info then set the tax info to the llc.

I don’t wanna mix my personal account with the brand with my partner.

Will Amazon ask for information of all the members?
