Why are my products only prime eligible for some buyers, and not for others?
I recently shipped 21 of my units to amazon warehouse. When I check the shipment status, it says the units are in “receiving” and that 20/21 are prime eligible. Indeed, when I (in Illinois) look up the product on amazon, it has the prime badge. But when I asked my NY friend to look up the product, he said it doesn’t have a prime badge.
So, why is my product prime eligible for me (in illinois) but not for my friend (in NY)? Is this normal? This has never happened to me. Does it have something to do with:
-the low # of units I sent in?
-the craziness of the holiday season?
-the fact that my shipment is still “receiving”?
This is bad for me, because none of my units are selling! I’m very concerned.

I am enrolled in brand registry, and sell my product in the US only. There is now an Amazon.ca listing and four vendors selling it.
I am the sole manufacturer of the product and the only source. I do not sell in Canada because of different laws regarding the product (automotive lighting).
Since it is my own listing that can now be bought in Canada, but is being fulfilled by random FBM sellers, I worry they are going to do something stupid and get me bad feed back.
How can I stop this?

Why Amazon Support is so DUMB? They always act like they are kid or brainless people sitting in Amazon support.
We had a order on 5th December, we shipped it with UPS and it got delivered on 8th Dec, in just 3 Days with fast shipping. Although it was just general 5days shipping order but we shipped it fast. Now, the customer claimed they didn’t received item and UPS tracking says it was delivered in front of their door.
We understand buyer could be correct but we responded them within timely manner and informed about delivery status. Later on, buyer filled A-to-Z claim with Amazon.
Now see how Dumb Amazon support is, they have all tracking info, order details, delivery details and everything but still they made a decision in favor of buyer.
It’s ok, we don’t mind but it doesn’t stop here. They put our account on risk status.
How stupid they can be? We have bought shipping directly from Amazon which secure seller for A-to-Z claims.

Advice for Amazon seller in 2026
Hey everyone. I need honest advice.
I have an Amazon Seller account since 2019. I never started selling.
Right now I am unemployed, I have a newborn, and I have 6k available to invest.
I need to decide fast and think clearly.
Direct questions:
• Is Amazon FBA still worth starting in 2026? • Is the market too saturated for someone starting from zero? • Is 6k enough to start properly or is the margin too tight?

Someone continuously buying and returning the same item – Scam?
Is this some sort of scam? I’ve had the same person buying a large quantity of one of my items, one at a time, over a month or so, then a few weeks later, claiming refund for ‘shipping not received’.
I tried contacting Amazon about this and they said they won’t investigate until after 60 days. Meanwhile, my inventory is depleting from this activity.
Is there anything I can do?
