When I used to message Amazon users, I didn’t separate activated from non-activated accounts at all.
Looking back, a lot of the useless interactions could have been avoided from the start.

Lately I’ve been reaching out only to activated users, and everything just flows much smoother.
Even simple filters like this really can’t be skipped.

For those doing Amazon outreach, what conditions do you usually check first?

I’m working on a cosmetic product and my Alibaba manufacturer has a DEKRA GMPC certification and I’ve emailed and called DEKRA and they haven’t respond or verified. Will a Certificate of Analysis with heavy metals and microbiological panels from an ISO/ IEC 17025 lab be enough if Amazon audits me?

If so, who did you get your insurance from? Our insurance company might not renew due to our product having a lipo battery, and I want to be prepared or find better plans.

So i got an email that says deactivation if i don’t send in my Drivers license and bank statement. Which is weird because I literally just did all that but hey amazon am i right. Now I cashed out and then about 10 hours later i got this email. will they hold that money or will it be released and just hold what is in pending? I have to wait to monday to actually do the video interview whatever that is as they don’t work weekends i guess. I contacted them and they said i had no violations and i have a 204 health all green etc.

Do i need to add a heavy label on my boxes?

Will putting the asin of a product you do not want your item to show up on as a negative keyword block it from that campaign?

Edit – And if it does, should the asin be an exact or phrased match?
