Hello all, We’re a big business on Amazon and we get around 250 open returns per day, we used to track the returns using a package tracker to see what was delivered back to us and refund those orders manually.

UK seller – Anyone experienced this? Our insurance company wants details regarding the Amazon FC that we send our product to for FBA, mainly in regards to security. I didn’t even try and explain to them that the product would be distributed around Amazon’s network....
