How big are your day to day swings in unit sales?
Do you guys have huge swings (for a given SKU) even without changing anything like ad spending? For example, the last 4 days, my SKU sold 10 units, 10 units, 8 units, 4 units.

What do you do when Amazon stops responding to your support cases?
I’m trying to get reimbursed for lost inventory in AWD, but the case hasn’t gotten a response for weeks. If I close the case and open a new one, they just reopen the old case and close the one I just created.
