I have just tried to update an image for one of my listings, but have been told by SS that it can’t be updated as my account has been deactivated in Italy. I have never sold in Italy, and never logged into the Italian Amazon to sell. All the European countries are showing on my seller app, but are all on holiday mode and as mentioned, I have never sold outside the UK.
Is this something I need to be worried about, as I am now concerned what other effects my account may have from this supposed bad standing in European countries.
Please could someone help me maybe understand what has happened here. I am very concerned.
