I got my own item in the mail addressed to me with my return address on it. One of our store employees had fulfilled it and didn’t see it was going to me. The way this happened was that I bought from an Amazon seller who hijacked my listing to verify authenticity. This listing is for a product I make and the seller wouldn’t respond to requests for invoices. Turns out that what had happened was that a sale had expired on Amazon but we hadn’t adjusted the eBay price back up, and the seller saw an opportunity. I hadn’t noticed the price discrepancy until this happened. I blocked them on eBay. I messed up on the pricing, but I don’t want this seller drop shipping my stuff anywhere and providing customer service. They have horrible feedback. What should I do about this besides check price parity on the rest of the catalog?
