Amazon account

Hello all, so my parents sent me their login info to help them with something on their Amazon seller account. I just learned about user permission after this and now I’m worried should I switch to user permission and email amazon about my situation or should I continue using their login to help them run their account? I want to avoid a possible future ban because I am logged in to their account or something I have just heard bad things and don’t want to take any chances as I would like to make my own store in the future.
