Amazon is telling me that an ASIN, that I set up in 2014, and is a product that only I manufacture, is controlled by another seller that I’ve never heard of. I cannot update photos for product changes due to this. Amazon insists that this other seller won the right to control this listing!?

I’m totally baffled by this. We’ve made some improvements to our product and packaging and I wanted to upload new photos. Amazon is telling me that one of the 5 ASINs that I originally set up is now controlled by someone else.

This is like a weird dream. How does this even happen?

The company they say controls it, I’ve never heard of and cannot find them on Amazon. It seems impossible to search by vendor on there…. or the vendor is defunct.

Amazon seems, thus far, immune to any practical solution other than having this other entity update the listing as we need.
