Amazon Madness – Help!
I don’t know how this happened, but I have TWO AmazonSeller accounts for the same products: Alphagram Learning Materials, which I design and produce. One account only shows up on my phone in the Seller app, and the other one only shows up on my desktop. I am being charged every month for both. Because I ship from here — “Fulfilled by Merchant” — I need to keep the one on the desktop in order to be able to print packing slips and shipping labels. I have opened multiple cases with many phone calls and emails back-and-forth, and no one there knows how to deal with this, and or can give me any answers. As the Beatles say, it’s driving me mad. My first thought was to close the account on my phone. But Amazon won’t let me do it because there was a sale in the last 90 days. Which basically means I have to keep it open for at least 90 more days— and then what if somebody buys something through that account? What I finally decided to do is remove all the listings on the phone, one by one. Does that make sense to you? Or do you have any other ideas?
