Amazon Rejecting Appeal for No Reason
Hi, me and my friend started selling a small range of products on amazon about a month ago. About 2 weeks in we got featured in all our products due to our competitive prices. A competitor we undercut filed a false counterfeit product complaint to amazon. This counterfeit product complaint resulted in Amazon taking down our best listing.
We order direct from the factory of this product in China, we have invoices, receipts, and documents proving we are an authorised distributor of these products from the manufacturer. We have called the Amazon seller assistance number upwards of 20 times and they tell us to send a document for the appeal, and every time it has been rejected. We have sent every single type of document, literally every single one, there’s no more they can ask for. The Amazon call line workers say it should work. It is still getting rejected. They can’t tell us why because they don’t know and the process is confidential. They put in requests for IT to call us, they never do, and just send emails saying we have to send documents which we have already sent.
We have no idea what to do, or why this process has to be so painful. They want evidence, we have it, they keep rejecting it anyway???? Any advice is appreciated.
