Amazon seller account deactivate

I created an account on amazon seller and by mistake someone has put a listing of three products 2 netgear and 1 Qnap which are wrong. the person took one of the listings they put on amazon to start with and now we have been deactivated. We have sent several action plans so they can reactivate our account. As we explained that it was a mistake, we have not sold anything, we were just starting out, we have no inventory yet and because of this mistake we have been cancelled. I need help please
