Amazon stole $27000 from me
I was an amazon seller for about 8 months as a drop shipper. It was my first time experimenting with this and I was doing really well. I decided to sell a banana stress toy. Out of the 3 i sold, I got an inauthentic product claim. They suspended my shop. I provided the invoice (to prove it was the product I sold and the address was the same as the lady) they asked for and explained I was a drop shipper so I didn’t always see the product. They said it was okay and ACCEPTED my invoices and I also wrote my new “plan of action” they asked for. 2 months later, I still can’t access the funds in my account and so I reach out and finally find someone to email about my funds. Today I get the email stating…
“After completing our investigation and reviewing the information you provided, we have determined that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
What happens now? The funds in your account will not be disbursed to you. This is a final decision made after reviewing the information you provided.”
Even though they approved my invoices and it has been over 90 days… I have done nothing illegal or fraudulent. And explained why several times and every time they seemed understanding.
Can i go to small claims court for this? Should I?
Thanks
