ASINs Continue to be Marked Unsellable: Defective
Hi all,
I’ve come across an issue that has truly flummoxed me and neither Account Health nor Seller Support has been able to get to the bottom of.
We have no account health issues or performance notifications yet all ASINs in my family are marked unsellable, defective 1-2 weeks after being checked into FBA.
I send in 50, they are checked-in, available, then 1-2 weeks later they are all marked defective across all warehouses.
I’ve completed several removal orders to confirm no issues with inventory. Product not damaged, not an expiration date issue, and it happens across all ASINs and all available inventory so it seems like an account level thing? I’ve been selling these items for 5+ years prior to this with no issue.
Again, I’ve confirmed several times there are no restrictions or issues with my account health nor with these ASINs. Account Health refers me to seller support/warehouse team. Warehouse team refers me back to Account Health.
This has been going on for over a month. Anyone else ever face an issue like this? I’ve escalated the issue as much as I can, yet no one seems to know what’s happening here.
