Can I appoint a non-owner primary contact person?

Hello everyone!

I know this is a beginner question, but I couldn’t find a clear answer on any forums.

I’ve established a US LLC and bank account, and have citizenship from the Netherlands, an Amazon accepted country. The problem is, im not currently residing in an Amazon accepted country. Is it possible to appoint a trusted third party (non beneficial owner) as primary contact person for my Amazon seller account? This person resides in the US and has US citizenship.
