Due to Amazon seller central help service being completely useless i’m hoping someone on here has some suggestions.
We have been having a lot of issues trying to access our brand registry account due to it sending the OTP (One Time Password) to an unknown phone number, likely the original creator of the account. This means we also have been having issues trying to make modifications to our listings as we cant do so from the brand registered account. Having spoke to Amazon they have just told us we need to provide a US government id for the owner for the account, sadly whoever set up the account (well before my time) set it up in the name “IT department”, which is obviously a big mistake on our part.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how we might get around this as if we cant access it we may have to look for Agency help or try setting up an new Brand Registry.
