Customer messaged me asking for invoice. For what though?

Customer ordered an item a few weeks ago. She then messaged me saying she only received 1 item and thought the listing was for 3 items. It wasn’t. I told her I would refund her if she returned the item. She never did. Know she is asking for an invoice for that order? Why would she want that?
