Cancel Amazon Seller Registration

Hi,

I went to sign up for an Amazon seller account but realized I was on the wrong account (someone else in the household)

Now when I try and access the seller sign up page from my actual account it says “Unauthorized Access”. I presume it’s locked the IP for that account. How can I cancel that registration? I can’t access the seller customer support either since it’s not registered.
