Not registered with FBA message

Hello really hope someone knows how to fix this problem, when I go to send/replenish and put it how many units I’m sending to FBA and try to go to the next page where I put in my shipment info it gives a message that says not registered with FBA, my account info says im registered for FBA in America and im a professional seller, I even call Amazon and they don’t even no the problem they just said wait 3 days and try again, if anyone had this issue before and knows of a resolution please let me know any help will be appreciate it thanks
