I was trying to look up to see if cancelling a customers order would ding me (they asked me to cancel), and the common response was that it would hurt a sellers metrics. I’m wondering how important metrics are and what effect they have for me? Do they help with ranking, or just so I can keep my seller accounts, or maybe something else? Are the certain metrics that are really important? Thanks!
