First FBA order

Hi friends!

I got my first orders on Amazon FBA. One order status is Pending, and another is Payment Completed.

If pending, I know that this is the customer issue, maybe there is a cart problem, etc.

But what to do with the order which status is Payment completed? I mean, does not it need to accept for shipment or something like this?

In the case of FBA, Amazon should ship this order, and how can I check if a customer has received it?
