Gated product issue

I have a product that is gated in Grocery and Gourmet, I have tried ungating it through the process of uploading images and invoice and every other thing that was asked. Now the status is approved but I cannot list the product. I asked someone they told me that my category is gated. How am I supposed to ungate the category need advices.
