Give up?

I guess I’m looking for advice from people who have been doing FBA. i started 1 year ago. Got the LLC, insurance, etc. Found a wholesaler that would sell to me. Did kind of a proof of concept, selling 1 houshold item. I’ve sold a grand total of 3 in 1 year. I can’t seem to find my item even when i do a VERY specific search. Amazon sees no issues. Even a campaign didn’t help.

Thinking of giving up now. Costing me anout $40/month in Amazon fees alone. Is selling on Amazon worth it anymore for a new seller? Should i pay a consultant to show me what I’m doing wrong? Can I make money selling products i get from a wholesaler, or is that platform impossible? Would love to hear your stories.
