Handling returns for fragile items.
Hello, I am planning to sell some fragile items on Amazon. I have a concern for returns. Lets say if I do a lot of packaging and deliver the goods in perfect condition but the customer placed a return and they do not do the padding and simply return. We would receive damaged returns.
Someone may suggest what can be done. It would be great if someone who’s already dealing with it could tell.
