How do I sue Amazon?

The same customer is sending return on same product with half of eaten. I talked to Amazon customer service to block that customeror let me cancel the order when she order. Amazon said we can’t do that. And if i cancel the order they said we will suspend the account. So now I want to take Amazon to the court, how do proceed with that? Anyone has an idea here?
