How long after filing trademark can I apply for brand registry

I applied for my trademark and a couple days later am putting in my serial number but it’s saying it’s not valid. How many days after you file and have a serial number do you have to wait for it to be in Amazon’s sysytem?

I know I could have done it with Amazon’s IP Accelerator but the lawyers charge 4 times more than a normal lawyer.

I already have Serial Number but when I go to check it tells me that it doesn’t work, has anyone had this same problem? Thank you!
