I have reached out to seller support 6 times. They are useless. The app and online UI’s don’t work, I am stuck on a this damn “next” button. Can’t update my documents, no customer service number, no link sent to me to reschedule my verification call after some dude in Ireland had to drop early, no fixes to my UI (these idiots obviously don’t know how to submit a task to the dev team), someone at seller support sent me to buyer support to ask for the seller support number which they aren’t allow to give out lololol. Can anyone help? I’m sitting on a bunch of inventory I’m trying start selling ASAP
