Hi, I want ship a product with battery to Amazon. Unfortunately it needs to get classified. I have already uploaded the “exemption sheet for battery and battery-powered products” twice. After some days I got the message “Unable to classify”. Is here somebody who maybe know where the problem is? Did I a filling out mistake with the exemption sheet?
