I need some guidance
Hello. I work for the guy who has Amazon marketplaces on NA and also on Europe. Suddenly all the EU marketplaces became unable and then I discovered that they were suspended but the reason was not given. I’ve been trying to contact UK support for 2-3 days now. But since I no longer have access to those marketplaces I’m unable to do that. I’ve tried many different things: I contacted US seller supported and asked them for help, or redirection for at least 5-6 times and all they say is that they can’t do that. Than I tried to contact UK buyer’s support and same thing there as well: we cant redirect your message, you have to contact them directly. It’s really frustrating. All the marketplaces are suspended, no reason given, no communication. Can any of you maybe help me, what should I do? Is there any other way to contact them? Thanks in advance.
