So I terminated the account:
Received a Account Closure email and proceed to terminate it. Don’t have access to the account anymore because it doesn’t exist. It says “We cannot find an account with that email address” Contacted Amazon Seller Support but they said “Unfortunately, I was unable to relate a selling account for the email address from which you sent your message” (It’s the same email I used for my Amazon Seller)
I terminated the account in january and have been charged until now, this week I received an email saying I just sold an item, went to amazon and could see my profile there…
All contact Amazon asks for is through Amazon Seller Central which I don’t have access… is there any other way to address this?
