I think my supplier made a huge mistake. Please help.
I sell 2 products which are similar.
Over the last few days, I have had a huge amount of returns. It seems people are ordering product A” and getting product B” and vice versa.
This is resulting in immediate bad reviews.
Am I right in assuming this is only possible if my supplier accidentally put the wrong barcodes on the products? Amazon sorts everything by barcode so they cant be mixing it up in the warehouse right?
Can anyone recommend a company to remedy this?. I will need to remove both SKUS to a 3pl and have them manually sorted and submitted.
