Identity help, bank and account name

Can someone please help me understand- I’m all verified in correspondence with inform act. Although it only lets me put my “business name” as my personal name for the verification to work while I am registered and suppose to be operating as an LLC and have been until this verification.

The error says the account name on Amazon seller does not match my account name on my bank account when I type in my LLC which is identical to my taxes and everything. It does match though so I’m not sure if there’s something else I’m not seeing.

I don’t know how to word this because I’m getting frustrated. I can’t really make changes without getting deactivated for days now with this pathetic law.
