On April 16th, I opened a seller account from Europe to occasionally sell an item as a private, however, I changed my mind and closed the seller account on the same day. The issue is that I have been charged an amount of €47.58, which if I’m not mistaken, is the subscription fee for a PRO seller account that I never wanted nor used. I tried to contact european customer service but since I have already closed the account, the option is not available on my page. How can I obtain a refund?
