Keep getting rejected for seller account (UK)
Hi guys, I’m at a complete loss here.
A few years ago I had a amazon seller account and made a few sales with FBM.
FBA was never really an option for me because I’m based in Europe and the nearest FBA centre would mean shipping inventory overseas and without huge inventory I could not justify it. I simply stopped using the individual seller account.
Years later things have changed and I have a new FBA centre here in my country so FBA on amazonUK is possible now.
I stopped using that account and it has become deactivated. I couldn’t reactivate it so I tried to set up a new account. Every time I reach out and open a case, they tell me I have to complete the registration. Some told me to use a different email etc.
I have tried to both reactivate the old account or create a new one.
I send them valid bank statements, valid passports. I have never conducted any malpractice, or been suspended. I have never had legal or financial issues.
They keep rejecting me, again and again and again. I request callbacks – they never call. If I need to delete all accounts except for the original, I am happy to do that! If my account was somehow in deficit for a charge of a few euro, I am happy to pay that! They even sent me a physical letter with the registration number on it for address verification.
I just can’t believe this is the onboarding process for such a huge multinational. How the fuck do I navigate this sea of opaqueness?

Had amazon seller account (FBM only) it became deactivated years later I try reactivate or create new account keep getting rejected, no emails, no calls all documents are valid and complete never had any legal, financial or policy issues with amazon seller TOS HELP PLEASE
