I was off on my inventory by one and reached out to the customer to see if they would like a different flavor for the same price. After about 24 hours, I didn’t get a reply, so I just ended up refunding the order. I didn’t see any other options, probably because I had already printed out the label.
Seeing as I won’t be using the label, can I get a refund for it? Is it automatic or something that I would have to request?
