I bought something from Amazon Germany last month which I returned. My account got blocked immediately after receiving the refund. Contacted them and they said my return rate was too high and I’m returning high value items. This is the first return I ever made in the 5 years I’ve been buying from Amazon. I appealed but they said their decision is final and they’re gonna do nothing about it, and that this decision does not affect my seller account.
That’s where the issue is because when I try to log in to seller central it says my account has been closed. All my products are still online and can be purchased. I contacted Amazon again by phone and they said that my seller account is indeed still active and that I’m having issues logging in because my seller and buyer accounts are linked.
I’ve been calling Amazon almost every day and they keep saying it’s going to be solved in 24/48/72 hours but it never is. Emailing the account specialists is just as useless because all they’re saying is that the buyers account will remain closed, no matter how many times I tell them I don’t care about my buyers account and just want to regain access to my sellers account.
I briefly regained access to my account a week ago on Wednesday but got locked out again on Thursday. I regained acces again on Friday but lost it again on Saturday. Ever since I have not been able to log in anymore.
