Hello, I’m not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this so please let me know.
My account was automatically upgraded to the professional selling plan for all marketplaces. I am located in the US and I have previously downgraded my account to an individual selling plan. I have not listed and do not plan to list any items for other marketplaces other than the US.
I logged a support ticket for each marketplace but I only get a generic “how to downgrade your account” response. I really need help getting the fees refunded but so far, no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
