Negative account level reserve?

Hello, I have an issue. Today is the day I was supposed to get paid by Amazon..I am a new seller. 54 sales in my first month in. Thing is Amazon has held the profit from all 54 sales.. 1200+ in profits but for some reason it’s in account level reserve and it’s showing negative. I know it’s profit because all fees are already deducted from that number, I don’t have any charge backs or refunds. My question is what’s the deal? Why is it showing negative if it’s all profits and why are they holding it? Most of my orders have already shipped and a good chunk of those sales are past thev14 day grace period for returns. Is there some unspoken policy on this? Why are they holding funds that has already been processed? Any help would be appreciated.
