Other Seller Attack

I am being attacked by brand owners i have 2 items that i buy locally in the US and resale them on Amazon so the brand owner made amazon store and started selling the item i sale they had many other products, but i was only selling on of their item, they buy the item from me and reported counterfeit and leave a negative feedback they did that 4 times. Please advise on what should i do thank you
